What skin types are your products made for?

Our products are made for everybody. Whether you’re dry, sensitive, or somewhere in between, we formulate with high-quality, nourishing ingredients that work gently yet effectively. If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out we’re happy to help.


Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every butter, oil, and scrub are handcrafted in small batches with love and intention. We don’t rush the process, and that’s why your skin gets the rich treatment it deserves.


Are your products natural or organic?

We use clean, skin-loving ingredients including plant-based oils, butters, and botanicals. While not all are certified organic, everything we use is chosen with care and always free of parabens, phthalates, and unnecessary fillers.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way. During launches or holidays, processing may take a bit longer, but it’s worth the wait. Promise!


What should I do if my body butter melts in the heat?

Because our butters are whipped and natural, they’re sensitive to high temps. If your product melts, place it in the fridge for a few minutes. Texture may change, but the glow stays the same.


Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Currently, we ship nationwide. Local pickup may be offered for select events or pop-ups — follow us on IG @tikirichessentials to stay in the loop.


Can I use your products if I’m pregnant or nursing?

While many of our ingredients are safe and gentle, we always recommend consulting with your doctor before using any scented or essential-oil-based products during pregnancy or postpartum.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. But if something isn’t right, please contact us, we’ll always do our best to make it right!
